Gorgeous vintage c. 1950s Schoffel of Austria topaz, raspberry and clear rhinestone layered floral brooch. This incredibly brilliant sparkly example of dazzling rhinestones exhibits the Schoffel quality collectors expect. The clear rhinestone faceted oval petals "ride" atop silver-plated settings and exude raspberry anthers with a lavender stigma in gold-plated settings. The raspberry and topaz navette shaped leaves are held in claw gold-plated settings; the double stem of pavé clear rhinestones is silver-plated. IP033082 Vintage REINAD Gold-Plated Faux Amethyst and Topaz Ribboned Swirl Pin 1941. Gorgeous large impressive vintage 1941 Reinad flower brooch with center faceted unfoiled amethyst glass stone pronged in a silver tone base metal atop circle of clear rhinestones paste set in a rhodium-plated metal. Spokes of rhodium-plated metal are pavéd with clear round rhinestone. Three faceted open-back topaz glass stones alternate with spokes of gold-plated metal. Spirals of gold-plated ribbon flow from the pin. Spectacular! This piece was copied from a DeRosa brooch pictured in in "A Tribute to America" by Brunialti and Brunialti, p. 177. SK355D1 Miriam Haskell Roses Montées Russian Gold-Plated Brooch by Frank Hess. A brilliant central prong set strass is surrounded by five ridged petals each wired with three rows of roses montées layered over five larger ridged petals wired with four rows of roses montées. Each layer is in turn wired to a gilded metal filigree flower base with pin closure with safety catch. This gorgeous brooch was designed by Frank Hess in the second half of the 1950s and carries the earliest Miriam Haskell signature, the MIRIAM HASKELL horseshoe plaque soldered to the filigree base.
