How to Order

The site incorporates a shopping cart to streamline the order process. You enter the on-line catalogue by selecting a specific merchandise category either from the drop-down menu above or as listed here. Once there, you will see that some categories are further divided into sublistings.
Browse through the catalogue in whatever manner you choose, either by selecting a listing, or by searching for a particular item by description, designer/maker, or color, etc. using the search box at the upper-right of each page. The items that satisfy your criteria will be displayed on a separate page.
Each item presented will have a box in the left-most column. To add an item to your cart, simply click your cursor in the box in the "Order" column beside the item you wish to purchase. The item(s) you choose will be included in your order when you CLICK ON the "ADD ITEMS TO MY CART" button at the bottom of each page in the catalogue. You can view the contents of your cart at any time.
The Order Form is accessed through the catalogue and is available when selecting the "CHECKOUT STAND" button. The Grand Total on this page will reflect the total dollar value of the items you have chosen plus shipping fees.
Orders will be processed in the order they are received. All items are subject to prior sale.
Once your order is submitted, you will be notified by email confirming the availability of the item(s) you have selected. Along with this notification you will receive a copy of your order. You must respond to this email within 24 hours to confirm your order and have the item placed on hold for you for up to seven (7) business days pending receipt of your payment. If payment is not received within that 7 day time frame, the item will be made available for sale again.

Every attempt has been made to give a complete and accurate description of each item offered for sale. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns will gladly be accepted if we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of the item(s) either by contacting Antiquing On Line by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at (603) 888-7464 to arrange a return.
Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped within 7 days of receipt. They must be returned packaged as received in the original packing materials. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Your refund will be mailed within 24 hours of our receipt of the item(s).
Antiquing On Line cannot accept returns of jewelry damaged after your receipt due to breakage, distortion, loss of stones or other parts, or by application of testing acids or attempts to clean the item(s) using improper methods. Partial returns of matching sets or combinations are not acceptable.

Your personal check, cashier's check or money order are welcome. Layaway is available as well. Click on the payment option you prefer below for details.
- Cashier's Check/Money Order
When paying by cashiers check or money order, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Layaway is available for purchases totaling $100.00 or more. Layaways are for 60 days. The total order amount is divided into three (3) equal payments. Your first payment is due within eight (8) days of ordering. Second and third payments can be scheduled on an individual basis but total payment is not to exceed a time period of 60 days.
Select the layaway option on the Order Form if this is your preferred method of payment. Your initial payment will then be one-third of the "Total" for your order.
In the event of a layaway being cancelled by the buyer prior to my receipt of the final payment, Antiquing On Line reserves the right to keep 50% of the amount already paid. This also applies if final payment is not made within two weeks of the stipulated due date.

We accept MasterCard and Visa. Your card is charged the day of shipment.
We accept PayPal. An invoice is sent upon confirmation of your order. Your order is shipped after funds have been received.

Shipping fees for small items such as jewelry are calculated based on the number of items to be shipped. A set is considered to be one item. Items are shipped Priority Mail, insured. The shipping fee will be added to your order and is included in the final total and indicated when entering the "CHECKOUT STAND". The following table denotes the applicable shipping charges.

Federal Express, DHL, UPS are available at your request at actual shipping costs.
